Every webmaster and blogger want to write a attractive article or blog post for their users. but they missed some bulleted points while writing articles and  that becomes the weak point of his article to become useful and engaging, and article becomes useless. and the all hard work to write effective articles is become useless by those simple mistakes. this situation is worst situation that faced by every webmasters and blogger.

you’ve heard one old advice “practice makes perfect”, but we don’t have that much time to practice and try to improve our writing skill, so meanwhile i have couple of ideas that i am going to share with you to make your writing skill more effective immediately, so no waiting and practicing because both sucks.

Be concise and be clear :-

you’ve heard this three words million times from somewhere, tight, concise, easy to read pieces are heaven for users or reader. long, complex, convoluted ones are hell for user or readers.

remember the longer your write the less you hold a readers interest.

if you are not able to write it simply then you’ve lost your users. remember write short, write lean and write it clearly, then you able to hold users interest.

Short Is Good Thing :-

interesting fact  about people – you know people actually reads longer lines faster. but fast reading is not actually that you want them to do. You wants readers is easily able to absorb what you wrote understand your message, and reading comfortably well.

So always go for short. set your page layout so that’s not full width, if you want to keep full width then write short sentence. and use plenty of paragraph breaks.

100 character per line is optimal for speed – but 45 character are popular in users.

Stick to 3:-

Every one said that people can process 7 bits information (more or less) at a time. But the number is most attractive or compelling is the one we like more is : 3

So always use 3 bulleted points, 3 steps, 3 strategies, try use number 3 as often as you can.

After using this you will able to capture better readers interest but at the same time you’ll also improve your readers ability to remember what you’ve written.

Watch your tone :-

Its very easy for writers to assume readers can pick on your tone and mood from your writing.

After all, we  know our feelings, humor, intent, and state of mind at the time we write. But for readers, it’s clear as mud. They’re guessing at your tone — and they may guess it wrong.

example :-

Honey. Please.

Talk Sex, Food, and Danger :-

Susan Weinschenk from what makes them click is write a great series know as 100 things you should know about people.

Go and just check it out its real good seriously good thing.

Susan mentions that mens brain always ask the following questions :

Can I have sex with it?Can I eat it?Will it kill me?

Nice because if you want to people pay more attention to your writing then try to use this.

Break it up :-

don’t write to long paragraph, because reader hate long and love short and crispy things. so write short paragraph use short sentence, add bulleted points, use subheadings.
