when you are deleting any file of folder and you want that file or folder should be permanent delete form computer even Recycle bin

Follow these Steps to ByPass Recycle Bin

1. Right Click on Recycle Bin , then Click on Properties

2. Select Don't move to recycle Bin, remove files immediately when deleted Radio button.

Then Click on Apply then , OK
